Learn About Strategy Calls

A gentle, low‑pressure way to get personalized information and support.

What’s a strategy call?

A strategy call is a short, supportive conversation where we look at:

  • the patterns you selected in your quiz
  • what’s getting in the way (for you or your student)
  • what’s working, what’s not
  • what kind of support would actually fit your brain
It’s not a sales call.
It’s not a performance review.
It’s not a “you should be doing more” conversation.
It’s just a space to breathe, get some clarity, and understand what’s going on beneath the overwhelm.

Who is it for?

Strategy calls are especially helpful if:

You’re an ADHD adult who feels stuck, scattered, or exhausted
You’re a parent trying to support a student who’s shutting down or falling behind
You’ve tried “just try harder” and it hasn’t worked
you want support that actually fits the way your brain works
You want to understand your quiz results more deeply
You want to know what the next step could look like

You don’t need to be “ready” or “organized” to book a call.

You just need to be curious about what might help.

What happens on the call?

During Your Call We'll:

  • talk through your quiz patterns
  • identify your biggest friction points
  • explore what’s draining your energy
  • look at what’s actually realistic for your brain
  • outline a few next steps you can take right away

What the Call is Not:

  • ❌ a sales pitch
  • ❌ a lecture
  • ❌ a list of things you “should” be doing
  • ❌ a calendar‑booking scramble
  • ❌ a commitment to coaching

You’ll walk away with more understanding and hope, not pressure.

It’s simply a conversation to help you understand what’s going on and what might help

How do I schedule one?

If you decide you want to explore a strategy call, you’ll fill out a short form that asks:

  • your time zone
  • your preferred time of day
  • your phone number
  • anything you want me to know before we talk
This helps us reach out in a way that fits your schedule and your brain - without forcing you into a rigid calendar.
