School's out...but somehow the chaos feels compounded

A summer with ADHD teens and young adults isn’t the calm we all imagine.

➜ The routines disappear.

➜ The reminders multiply.

➜ Sleep schedules go off the rails

A calmer summer is possible.

And it's easier than it feels.

You’re not imagining it - in a lot of ways, summer really is harder.

➤The promises they’ll wake up early… and yet, it’s 1:23 PM.

➤ They had one simple task… and somehow you’re the bad guy, it’s still not done, and they’re “bored.”

➤They had to move the trash can to exit the car, but there it still sits on the curb, empty.

➤You’re watching your hard earned peace melt faster than the ice cream they left on the counter.

You’re trying to help, but everything takes more energy than it should.

Whatever brought you here, one thing is true:

Nothing is wrong with your kid.
Nothing is wrong with your parenting.
This is ADHD without structure - and summer magnifies it.

An ice cream cone melting on the counter

Something most parents never stumble on:

Summer isn’t the problem - it’s the opportunity they never knew existed.

Summer is actually the BEST time to build the skills that change the game

During the school year, everything is urgent.

During summer, everything is possible.

This is when students can finally learn:

  • Time management without the pressure cooker
  • Planning and prioritizing with space to practice
  • Task initiation without the meltdown
  • Organization systems that actually stick
  • Money management that prevents the “Mom I overdrafted again” texts
  • Independence skills they’ll need in the fall

The Support Your Student Needs - and the Relief You Deserve

What Your Student Gets:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching - consistent support that builds momentum instead of starting over every week
  • A personalized Focus Plan - a professional, tailored roadmap based on their goals, strengths, and challenges
  • Skills that finally stick - we build executive function skills through your child’s real goals, deadlines, and daily tasks, so they’re not just learning… they’re making real‑life progress while they learn.
  • Real‑time support - unlimited private messaging with their dedicated coach, so they get help when they’re stuck, not days later
  • Action plans that actually work - broken‑down steps for school, life, jobs, chores, appointments, and daily expectations
  • Accountability that isn’t you - reminders, check‑ins, and follow‑through from someone they don’t argue with
  • Systems they’ll actually use - planners, routines, and organization strategies built for their brain
  • Emotional regulation support - tools for overwhelm, anxiety, shutdowns, procrastination, and confidence
  • Self‑advocacy skills - how to communicate needs, ask for help, and navigate school or college systems
  • Real‑life coaching - emails, schedules, deadlines, campus tasks, job applications, packing lists, daily habits
  • A coach who understands ADHD - someone who teaches in a way that finally makes sense

This is not tutoring.
This is not therapy.
This is the missing structure that makes everything else work.

What You Get:

(The relief you’ve been trying to create alone - now handled by someone else.)

  • Fewer battles - less arguing, less pushing, less “why am I the only one who cares?”
  • Less nagging - you’re no longer the reminder system, the project manager, or the human alarm clock
  • More peace at home - routines that reduce stress for everyone
  • Real follow‑through - tasks get started and finished without you hovering
  • A student who’s actually ready for September - confidence, independence, and skills that last
  • Support for everything on their plate - school, jobs, chores, emails, deadlines, appointments, daily habits
  • A partner in the process - someone who sees the whole picture and helps your child (and you) navigate it.
  • No more guessing - you know they have a plan, support, and accountability
  • A break from being the only one holding it all together

What Other Parents Are Saying

Here’s what our families have experienced:

Questions people often ask

How does summer coaching actually work?

Summer coaching gives your teen or college student weekly support, structure, and skill‑building without the pressure of school. Sessions are short, focused, and designed for ADHD brains - so your teen can practice new habits in a calmer season and carry them into the fall.

What if my teen doesn’t want coaching?

Totally normal. Many teens are hesitant at first. Coaches are trained to meet them where they are, build trust quickly, and make sessions feel collaborative - not corrective. Most students warm up once they realize coaching isn’t another adult telling them what to do.

What ages or grades do you work with?

We support middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students. If your child is navigating independence, executive function, or school stress, they’re in the right place.

What if we’re traveling this summer?

No problem. Coaching is flexible and can happen from anywhere - home, vacation, grandma’s house. Sessions can be adjusted around travel, so your teen stays supported without disrupting your plans.

How much parent involvement is required?

Less than you think. You’re not expected to become the coach. We keep you in the loop with simple updates, so you know what’s happening - we're here to help students build independence and you get some peace.

What if my teen has tried coaching before and it didn’t work?

That’s more common than you’d imagine. ADHD coaching varies widely, and many programs aren’t built for how ADHD brains actually learn. Our approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored - and many families come to us after other methods fell flat.

How long until we see progress?

Most families notice small shifts within a few weeks - fewer battles, better follow‑through, more calm. Bigger changes build over the summer as your child practices skills consistently.

What’s the time commitment?

Just one session a week, plus tiny, manageable steps in between. No overwhelm. No hours of homework ushering in more nagging. Just steady, doable progress.

Do you coach students who have summer classes?

Yes. Many of our students take summer classes - and we actually have coaching designed specifically for academic recovery, credit completion, and summer coursework. Coaching helps your student stay organized, manage deadlines, and avoid the “I’ll do it later” spiral that makes condensed summer classes stressful.
