Amy is our Director of Training and Development and a Senior Coach. There is nothing more rewarding to her than being able to assist people to achieve what they desire to do. As a Raz, Coaching Academics Coach, her goal is to be your guide on that journey. Together, she will celebrate your successes and look for solutions to your challenges. Being the mother of a teenager with ADHD, Autism, and Executive Function challenges, taught her the valuable lessons of patience and flexible thinking.

She has years of experience in the classroom as well as remote teaching and coaching. She currently lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband and two girls. They enjoy being active as a family whether it’s camping, bike riding, hiking, or, on occasions, beachcombing.
