Sydney has a passion for education and learning, especially when it comes to understanding and working with different learning styles. She advocates for an individualized approach to learning and wants to work with students to figure out what works best for them. During her time in graduate school, Sydney ran the program's teaching lab. She found a strong interest in working with students to problem-solve and navigate challenging topics and combat procrastination.

Sydney has a M.S. in Behavior Analysis and has specialized in understanding and reducing academic procrastination. Outside of her work, Sydney enjoys collecting records to add to her personal record collection and reading crime fiction!
