IMPACT PROGRAM

Weekly action plan based on current and upcoming assignments, tasks, and appointments.

Impact is designed for identifying and planning assignments and tasks a week at a time. It is not addressing weak executive function skills individually, although often student's acquire stronger skills and independence.

Impact takes the stress and confusion out of the academic portal! Attempting to find assignments, due dates, instructions, and announcements in the academic portal is daunting for many students and parents Impact stops this spinning and arguing and streamline what needs to be completed and when on an easy planning form that is also shared with parents after each session.

Impact is best for students who need some support and structure around identifying and planning assignments and tasks that are able to execute on their own or with parent support.

If your student is failing classes or struggles significantly with overwhelm or procrastination, one of our more comprehensive programs would be more appropriate. This program does not remediate grades.

Coaches are available through messaging during the week to answer questions, assist in adjusting action plans, and check in on students to hold them accountable.

After you enroll, we will send both a parent and student onboarding form through email. Once those are complete, we will narrow down our coaches to 2-3 that really fit your student’s needs and have a proven success record with those, fit their personality, and times they prefer coaching. Each of our coaches have a bio about themselves and their picture ~ we will send those most qualified coaches' bios to your student and they get to choose their own coach!

You know you are getting the most qualified coach, but we empower students to choose who they want to work with.

It does not happen often, but we are always happy to switch your student's coach if they feel they are not a good fit. It is as easy as asking for new choices!

Evidence based programming maximizes attention and focus giving the student and coach time to create action plans without triggering feelings of overwhelm and stress.

Impact is best for middle and high school students who have parent support at home.

This program can work for college students and adults if they do not significantly struggle with procrastination, task initiation, or overwhelm.

Each student’s situation is unique. We create action plans based on their needs each day, which can include appointments, extracurriculars, and chores.

Yes! Again, everything we do is customized to your student, so you can enroll when you are ready!

The first month of coaching will be a prorated charge based on your enrollment date.

You will fill out a very short form and once you submit, we will send onboarding!

Jumpstart Session. This is the initial evaluation session with their coach and takes 50 minutes to an hour.

Focus Plan. We create a personalized, professional coaching plan for your student using information obtained from onboarding and Jumpstart.

This is an excellent add on for Impact as it gives students extra time and support around getting started, staying focused, and getting things done!
